80-inch Screen Images with a Short Projection Distance Ranging from 0.75 m to 0.8 m*

Close range projection reduces not only shadows of the presenter but also glare of the projection light, 
making lectures and meetings less stressful.

Interactive Functions Let You Write on a Projected Image (PT-TW343R)

You can write or draw figures on the projected image with the Interactive Pen/Pointer.* In addition, two users can write simultaneously** to make classes and presentations more effective. It is also easy to store the words and figures in a computer for information sharing.

** Available for Windows® operating system.

Using the Interactive Functions by LightPen3 Software

Benefits of the Interactive Functions

You can write notes and point out information on the screen with the interactive pen/pointer.
No need for dedicated interactive whiteboards.
During presentations, you can operate the computer by using the interactive pen/pointer on the projected image surface.
You can instantly store the decisions made during meetings and share them with others.

Convenient Interactive Features

The SP Driver is built into the projector.

The SP Driver for using interactive functions is already built into the projector. The SP Driver can be easily installed onto a PC* by connecting the PC and the projector using the USB cable that is included with the projector.
Also, by installing the LightPen3 application software,** you can perform a variety of interactive functions, such as drawing graphics and using the Whiteboard mode.

* Available for Windows® only. For a Mac PC, the SP Driver must be installed from the application software page.
** The LightPen3 software is not included in the projector. It must be installed onto a PC from the application software page.

Auto calibration*

The auto calibration helps to reduce setting time.
Manual calibration is also available by touching four points with the Interactive Pen/Pointer.**

Dual pen support*

Select the dual pen mode (Half screen mode/Full screen mode).
Two users can write simultaneously, making your classes and presentations more efficient.

Half screen mode

The drawing screen is divided into two sections.
Individually select color and line width for each screen.

Full screen mode

Write on the full screen. The color and line width of the two pens are same.

What You Need for Interactive Projection

Short Throw Interactive Projector (PT-TW343R)+Interactive Pen / Pointer+Application Software (LightPen3)

Note: In order to allow the sensor of the projector to accurately detect the position of projected screen,
please install the LightPen3 software and execute the calibration first.

Whiteboard Software* Extends Your Capabilities

In addition to LightPen3 software, you can use Panasonic's dedicated Whiteboard software for Windows.* Whiteboard software* is compatible with Panasonic's interactive-ready projectors and professional displays**, and lets you use the interactive function.

* Supported by Windows® 7, Windows® 8.1 and Windows® 10.
Please note that some functions that can be used on professional displays cannot be used on projectors. And the SP Driver setting should be set to "Touch mode".

A brightness level ranging from 3,200 lm* to 3,800 lm* and 12,000:1 contrast have been achieved in a compact,
easy-to-carry body. Bright, clear images enhance the variety of viewing situations and applications.

* Brightness by model: PT-TW343R/TW342: 3,300 lm, PT-TX402: 3,800 lm, PT-TX312: 3,200 lm

A Maximum 10,000-hour*1 Lamp Replacement Cycle and 10,000-hour*2 Air Filter Replacement Cycle

The PT-TW343R Series has a maximum lamp replacement cycle of 10,000 hours.*1 The air filter also has a
replacement cycle of 10,000 hours.*2 This reduces maintenance hassles for long periods of use, and helps to lower
maintenance costs and reduce environmental impact.

*1 This is the maximum value when the lamp power is set to Eco2. The usage environment affects the lamp replacement cycle.

*2 The usage environment affects the duration of the filter.
